I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The facility is beautiful and clean. John was very kind and immediately took in my car and checked the tire pressures because my light was on. He explained why the light might have come on. I did not have an appointment but it only took about 30 minutes. I was back on the road in no time. I will definitely go back there for all my vehicle services
We took our vehicle into Pelc Tire for a front and rear brake job. They are very honest. We took it in and got a call 2 hours later saying it did not need brake pads. They did turn the rotors and flushed the old brake fluid. We were very happy with the cost and will take our vehicles there in the future.
John and Hugh were most helpful! Honest, fair, and showed me hands-on what was needed for my vehicle. I will never go anywhere else for service!
Wow. I never thought I would say this about a tire store, but they were very impressive. I was visiting family and had a nail in my tire. They had it on the rack before I could sit down in the lobby and we’re finished before I could get comfortable. Extremely fair and honest. So much appreciated.
