I visited the Hillcrest Road location looking to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my vehicle. Upon entry to the store I was greeted warmly and John assisted with obtaining the information on my vehicle. He advised of the best options for my car and provided an expectation for completion which was remarkable considering the time of day. My car was serviced as promised and realistic recommendations were made for additional items needed. Mr. John did not make me feel as though he was trying to upsale my repair he did however provide a knowledgeable recommendation and allow me to decide in a way that I did not feel pressured. I was extremely pleased with the work and the customer service. Pelc Hillcrest will be my go to repair shop for all of my service needs from this point forward.
